Odyssey Limo ("we", "us") provides chauffeured transportation in Chicago and Chicagoland. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit a booking request, we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination, date, time, passenger count, trip type, vehicle preference and any notes you provide.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, confirm availability and pricing by phone, and provide your transportation.

Text messages (SMS)

Our booking form includes an optional, unchecked checkbox for text message consent. If you check it, we record your phone number, your consent choice, the date and time of consent, the form you used, and the exact consent wording shown to you. If you leave it unchecked, we do not treat that as consent to receive text messages.

If you consent, we may text you about your transportation inquiries, reservations and missed-call follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent is not required to purchase or book services.

We do not sell, rent or share SMS consent or phone numbers collected for SMS purposes with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us operate our website and communications, and only as needed to serve you, or when required by law.

Security and retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide service and meet legal obligations, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.
